3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with the real estate agent whose website you are using. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

4. AI-Powered Features

Our platform uses AI to provide property search, chat assistance, and voice agent capabilities. Conversations with our AI assistant may be recorded and analyzed to improve service quality. Call recordings are retained for 90 days.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and analyze site usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls to protect your information.

8. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number on a contact form and explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox, we will send you SMS text messages on behalf of the real estate agent whose website you used. Messages are transactional and informational in nature: appointment confirmations for property tours, showing reminders, document receipt confirmations, callback scheduling, and direct one-to-one follow-ups about properties you have specifically inquired about. Each message identifies the sending agent by name in the message body.

Message frequency varies depending on the activity in your real estate inquiry — typically 1 to 5 messages per active inquiry, with no recurring marketing broadcasts. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END to any message we send. After opting out, we will immediately cease sending SMS messages to your number and record the revocation in our compliance audit log. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact your real estate agent directly.

SMS opt-in is never required to receive other services from us or your agent. Your consent (or revocation) for SMS does not affect your ability to receive emails, phone calls, or other communications you have separately consented to. Your phone number and SMS consent record are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
